All tenants must adhere to the City of Ottawa Bylaws regarding noise. Noise must managed to the mutual benefit of all tenants. Noise complaints should be reported to Ottawa Bylaw Enforcement.
443 Kent is strictly a non-smoking building. Smoking and vaping of any type is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building or on the rooftop terrace.
Aggressive or noisy animals are not permitted.
443 Kent is equipped with a common area garbage room with full recycling capabilities.
A bicycle storage room is provided at no cost. The property owner is not responsible for loss or damage to stored bicycles.
Cameras are provided at all exterior doors. Card access is provided at two ground floor doors and to the terrace. The building manager's cell phone # is provided to tenants for emergencies.
Monthly rent is paid by preauthorized debit. A $68 NSF fee is applicable for denials.
The landlord prohibits the use of Airbnb and other rental sharing services.
